How far in advance do we need to book?

For brand activations we recommend as much lead time as possible — typically 4–8 weeks minimum — to allow for design, production, and custom builds.

Do you offer exclusivity for our event?

Yes. Every setup is bespoke and we only take one booking per event date, so your activation is completely exclusive.

The Brief

What They Wanted

We were officially representing Scalextric at the Lydden Legend Festival — the historic birthplace of rallycross in the UK — for the launch of Pat Doran's iconic Ford RS200 'Rosie', one of the most anticipated new Scalextric releases in years.

Our Scalextric Setup

What We Supplied

We built a bespoke, fully themed interactive circuit around the Lydden Hill Legends theme, with festival branding throughout, the Ford RS200 'Rosie' as the star car in prime position, hand-built rally-inspired scenery, and interactive racing for festival visitors of all ages.

The Racing

What Happened

The circuit became the focal point of the festival grounds, drawing constant crowds throughout the weekend. 3,205 laps were completed — the circuit barely stopped. British rallycross star Liam Doran, son of Pat Doran, came to the grid to sign the very first boxes of the new model.

The Result

The Outcome

A genuinely moving piece of motorsport history — Liam Doran signing the first production boxes of the car that carries his family's name, at the circuit his father made legendary. 3,205 laps of racing connected fans directly to the car, the family, and the heritage behind it.
