Adrian Flux x Fluential Influencer Party
Engine Rooms, London · August 2026
We hosted a fastest lap competition for Adrian Flux as part of their summer influencer party at the Engine Rooms in London — a really cool venue. We created bespoke scenery including a 3D model of the Adrian Flux Waterfront bar/club, some Adrian Flux banger cars as a nod to their Kings Lynn track, a 3D-printed gantry, and standard branding across the pits and spectator stands. 1,759 laps were completed across the event with prizes for the fastest drivers.

Mr & Mrs Shepherd Wedding
Alnwick, Northumberland · August 2026
We travelled to Alnwick in Northumberland for Callum and Ashlee's wedding, entertaining guests from 2pm to 9pm with a fully branded Scalextric experience. Callum opted for the extra branding option, featuring a custom 3D-printed gantry and bespoke 'Mr & Mrs Shepherd' signage throughout the track. With 1,135 laps completed across the afternoon and evening, the competition was fierce — congratulations to Elliott, who set the fastest lap of the day at 6.260 seconds! As the evening light faded, our new trackside floodlights lit up the circuit, making the setup look absolutely spectacular.

Herrco Summer Carnival
Ipswich, Suffolk · August 2026
A full-scale summer carnival thrown for all Herrco staff in Ipswich. Alongside dodgems, a coffee truck, ice cream van, burger van, bar, inflatable games and candy floss, our bespoke Scalextric track ran from 12–5pm — with Jo crowned the day's fastest-lap champion.

Nick & Hope's Wedding Party
Old Bridge Hotel, Huntingdon · August 2026
A full evening of Scalextric racing for Nick & Hope's wedding party at the Old Bridge Hotel in Huntingdon. Running from 5pm to midnight, the custom-branded 'Hope & Nick' pit lane and live leaderboard kept guests racing all night — over 3,000 laps completed and around 150 people entertained across the evening.

F1 Weekend With Pit Stop Glamping
Silverstone · July 2026
A bespoke Scalextric setup for the F1 Weekend at Pit Stop Glamping, Silverstone — a fully themed F1 race circuit with branded pit lane scenery, digital lap timing, and live leaderboards, nestled in the heart of the glamping village. We raced across two full days, with guests battling it out on our custom F1 car fleet, chosen to keep perfectly in theme with the Silverstone weekend. The quickest driver of the event was Mason all the way from North Carolina — a worthy champion! Set against a stunning backdrop of a beautifully organised camping site, this was our first taste of a Silverstone F1 weekend and certainly not our last.

Jake & Deborah's Wedding

1,500+ laps completed in just 4 hours!!! We had a fantastic time delivering a bespoke Scalextric racing experience for Jake and Deborah's wedding evening reception in Hereford. The setup featured our fully personalised circuit — complete with custom 'Jake & Debs' and 'Mr & Mrs Rossiter' branding throughout the pit lane structures, grandstands, and scenery — making the track truly unique to their big day. Guests went head-to-head in a Fastest Lap competition with two drivers racing simultaneously, keeping energy levels high throughout the reception. The live leaderboard tracked every driver's best time across the evening — with Noah taking the crown with a stunning 6.918s fastest lap! The circuit was an instant hit, drawing guests of all ages to the grid and creating the perfect icebreaker atmosphere. Over 1,500 laps across 4 hours tells you everything you need to know about how much everyone got stuck in.

We were incredibly proud to represent Scalextric at the Lydden Legend Festival for the official launch of their highly anticipated new release: Pat Doran’s legendary Ford RS200, affectionately known as 'Rosie'. Set up at Lydden Hill - the historic birthplace of rallycross owned by Pat himself - we delivered a bespoke, fully themed interactive circuit to showcase the new model in style. The ultimate highlight of the weekend was having British rallycross star Liam Doran - who now drives the famous real-world 'Rosie' - stop by our grid to sign the very first boxes of his father’s iconic car. Blending official brand representation with true motorsport heritage, the activation provided an immersive, high-energy focal point that connected fans directly to an incredible family legacy.

From Barcelona to Aberdeen! 🏎️💨 We had the absolute pleasure of bringing a bespoke, motorsport-inspired experience to Connor and Rebecca's stunning wedding day. We designed and built a large-scale digital Scalextric track themed around the legendary Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, complete with authentic F1 branding, detailed scenery, and live leaderboard timing. The activation was a massive hit during the evening reception, keeping guests completely gripped as they traded wedding attire for a spot on the digital grid. It was the perfect mix of nostalgia, interactive entertainment, and visually striking design - making Connor and Rebecca’s big day even more unforgettable!

Amazon Fastforward 2026

For our first-ever event abroad, we drove a total of 2,636 miles to Rome to deliver a bespoke Scalextric racing activation for Amazon Fastforward! Working under very strict corporate branding guidelines, we precision-engineered a digital racing circuit that perfectly blended corporate identity with high-octane fun. The custom track featured crisp "GEOTAB Grand Prix" and Amazon branding flawlessly woven into the trackside structures. But the real showstoppers were on the starting grid: a fleet of fully custom-painted and liveried miniature Amazon trucks, bringing a unique logistics twist to the race. It was an incredible experience taking our interactive entertainment international, proving that no matter how strict the branding or how long the drive, we deliver unforgettable event experiences.

Featuring a fully branded digital racing circuit complete with live leaderboard timing, custom company branding, personalised miniature figures, detailed scenery, and competitive “Fastest Lap” racing, the setup became a focal point of the celebration and encouraged constant participation throughout the evening. The activation also supported a charity fundraiser for Marie Curie, with guests paying £10 for five-minute qualifying sessions, helping raise over £1,000 while combining competition, nostalgia, and interactive entertainment in a memorable corporate event experience.
